Emma Makes

Emma Makes designs and sews her own range of bags, zipper purses and soft toys using small runs of vintage and new textiles. She also does witty notebooks and pencils. When she’s not at her ‘real job’ she’s working in her home studio in Featherston, South Wairarapa.

Dear Colleen

Colleen Pugh aka Dear Colleen is a professional smart ass known for her hand-lettering, illustration and wit. Trained in graphic design she is now using these skills to focus on being a creator of art, fashion and homeware. She has been featured in some great places and even worked with World. Her brand is mostly known for its clever word play.

I can't wait to see Things Unseen in person and browse through her amazing steampunk trinkets.  The bees, dragonflies and watch piece items look beautiful in the pictures and I imagine they would love even better in person!

I would really love to see the Dear Colleen craft stuff. She made this amazing print for our 1st wedding anniversary. I have also taken the day off work just so I can go out to Craft 2.0. I am really looking forward to it.

I'm looking forward at all the fabulous designs, but especially Melina Martin, as she brings great art into my every day task of being in the kitchen and looking after my family. Surrounding myself with these awesome tea towels lifts my spirit in the dreaded task of doing the dishes. Thanks for that.
