Cavalier Bremworth use only the best grade of wool bought in New Zealand from local farmers. Its wool scour uses biodegradable detergents and the yarn is dyed and spun in plants in Napier and Wanganui before being made into carpet at the Auckland tufting plant. Low VOC and naturally non-allergenic, wool carpet acts as a natural humidity regulator. It is also an excellent noise and heat insulator and can save up to 12% on heating bills. At the end of its life, this sustainable resource makes a fantastic weed-mat. In the past two years, the company has donated more than 30,000 metres of carpet to community projects, keeping it out of landfill.
