Resolution revolution

Losing weight, quitting smoking, getting fit, finding the love of your life … boring! This year, think big. Make an eco-resolution to improve your little corner of the world—and don’t worry about the size of your bum for a whole year.

Get some weed

Go on a foraging adventure. Find some berries and wild greens, release your inner botanist, and enjoy the thrill of scoring a free feed … and hoping it doesn’t kill you.

Go natural

Go somewhere with a great view, walk through bush, skinny dip in the sea, picnic by a lake and enjoy some al fresco lovin’. It’s summer, time to snuggle up close to the gorgeous country we’re all trying to protect.

Build your own house

Or just read about it.

Tell us about your town

Do you live somewhere special? We want to hear about Kiwi towns, cities and suburbs that are coming together to plan their future. Whip up 500 words about your town and send them to community@good.net.nz. Writers of published articles will win a one-year subscription to Good for you or a friend, and a stylie Good t-shirt.
