As couriers have been overflowing with orders, why not whip together a delicious brunch for the both of you to enjoy together, in lieu of a physical gift?

If your Mum prefers the savoury flavours of a brunch, omelettes are a great idea. Whisk together some eggs and include your Mum’s favourite vegetables and goat cheese to give it a special touch.
