You had me at kumara! No summer entertaining spread is complete without kumara on the table and these maple and rosemary kumara fries are amazing.

Serves 8 Prepare 10 minutes Cook 20 minutes
- 8 kumara
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp natural maple syrup
- 1 tbsp rosemary, chopped
- sprinkle of salt
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a large baking tray with baking paper. Wash the kumara, leaving the skin on. With a sharp knife cut each kumara lengthways into 8 fries. Place on the baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil and maple syrup, tossing with your hands so all the fries are coated. Sprinkle with rosemary and salt and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
