Not only is this a delicious breakfast treat, it is also full of excellent de-stressing ingredients. Chia seeds are loaded with magnesium, which plays a role in feel-good neurotransmitter production.
1 cup almond milk
½ tsp orange zest
1 tbsp orange juice
½ tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp chia seeds
1½ tbsp flaked almonds, plus extra to garnish
6 orange slices, peeled
1 tsp honey
Place the first six ingredients in a bowl and combine. Pour into two little jars or bowls and place in the fridge overnight. Top with orange slices and extra flaked almonds, drizzle with honey then serve immediately.
