What we used in our gourmet cheese platter:
Assemble a Cheese Platter using Danish Havarti cheese, Danish Feta – Marinated and Diced, Semi-Dried Tomatoes, Pitted Olves, Bulgarian Fetas, Danish Creamy Blue Cheese. We got these all from Food Snob. Add mint leaves, seasonal berries or ViBeri Freeze Dried Organic Blackcurrants. Roll Fetas in Organic Beetroot Powder for extra flavour and texture – we used powder from Chantal Organics.
