From 10am-3pm, a showcase of numerous market stalls will take over Cordis, Auckland’s Great Room for the Mid-Winter Christmas Tea. There will be an assortment of delicious food to choose from, handmade art and crafts galore, locally made gifts and goodies as well as a variety of products from local entrepreneurs too.
Guests will be able to surround themselves in Christmas spirit early this year with a Winter Wonderland display. With 20 vendors involved, the place will be filled to the brim with fantastic gifts and goodies, including handmade artwork, crafts, and a live band performing throughout the Crafternoon.
The Mid-Winter Christmas Crafternoon Tea is hosted indoors away from the winter chill. There will also be plenty of warm drinks available to beat the cold this winter, including spicy mulled wine and craft beer from the acclaimed Kingsland Brewery, Urbanaut.
The Great Room will be decked out to the nines with Christmas lights and jolly festive goodies, And you can choose from winter-warming indulgent meals from a choice of vendors selling pies, rustic green pea soup with ham hock, gingerbread cookies, doughnuts and more. All served up at the ‘street food stalls’.
Some of the vendors include upcycled Botcraft New Zealand, Olivia Bezett Art and Made with Love essential oils to name a few.
If you’re still feeling peckish after your time at the Crafternoon Tea Market you can just pop over to Cordis, Auckland’s Eight Restaurant for lunch.
