We love the idea of putting rice in our smoothies; it’s like a delicious and drinkable rice pudding that fills you up for longer!
Here’s a recipe by Tilda for a Beetroot & Coconut Rice Smoothie using their coconut basmati variety. We hope you love it as much as we do!
300 ml of apple juice
200ml of beetroot juice
1 pack of Tilda Coconut Steamed Rice
1 large thumb of grated ginger
2 large handfuls of blueberries
Blitz all of the ingredients together in a smoothie maker or liquidizer until the rice is broken down and the fruit is smooth. Enjoy!
