For those who are struggling during isolation, whether you’re in line at the supermarket or at home on the couch, now could be a good time to practice meditation.
We’re not sure how long meditation has been around for, but if you’re a sceptic, rest assured it’s a tried and tested practice of the mind. In India, the practice of meditation has been documented since several thousand years BCE, and it’s incorporated into many modalities today.
