Spiced ginger cocktail

Here’s how to make a delicious spicy ginger cocktail

You will need:

  • Ice
  • 30ml spiced rum
  • 60ml Stones Green Ginger Wine
  • 120ml dry ginger ale (or to taste)
  • 1 long, thin slice fresh ginger root
  • Edible flower petals (for example calendula, dandelion, nasturtium or pansy)


Fill a large glass with ice.

Add the rum and the ginger wine.

Top with dry ginger ale.

Use a potato peeler or sharp knife to cut a long, thin slice of fresh ginger root and garnish your drink with the ginger and edible flowers.
