
Here’s how to make a delicious spicy ginger cocktail

You will need:
- Ice
- 30ml spiced rum
- 60ml Stones Green Ginger Wine
- 120ml dry ginger ale (or to taste)
- 1 long, thin slice fresh ginger root
- Edible flower petals (for example calendula, dandelion, nasturtium or pansy)
Method
Fill a large glass with ice.
Add the rum and the ginger wine.
Top with dry ginger ale.
Use a potato peeler or sharp knife to cut a long, thin slice of fresh ginger root and garnish your drink with the ginger and edible flowers.
