Smoothies are a delicious way to inject nutrients into your diet, and easy to whip up and take on the go.

1 cup of strawberries, washed and hulled
3/4 cup cashew milk (or almond milk works nicely too)
1 frozen banana, skin removed
1 handful ice
1 pinch cinnamon
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil
Throw everything into a blender and blend for roughly 30 seconds, or until smooth. If you feel like being fancy, top with a sprinkle of granola and some edible flowers.
For an extra antioxidant boost add 1 tsp of Lifestream Essential Berries.
