Summer Vibes Smoothie Bowl

Hot mornings are the perfect time to whip up one of these.

Serves 2


  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 scoop plant protein powder
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • ¾ cup plant milk (I like oat)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Optional toppings

  • fresh fruit
  • nut butter
  • cacao nibs

What to do

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, like soft-serve, stopping to scrape edges to ensure there are no lumps.

Serve in bowls and sprinkle with your chosen toppings.
