May 21 is World Meditation Day, and to celebrate Hannah Yoga + Soul in collaboration with WE-AR have created a 12-minute yin meditation.

Our daily lives can get very busy and stressful, but it’s important to take time out for yourself to de-stress and unwind. Meditation is one way to help clear your mind and promote good mental health.

The great thing about meditation is you can find a journey that works for you in terms of length and type. Hannah Yoga + Soul and WE-AR teamed up to create a short and sweet meditation that you could even fit into your lunch break. At just 12 minutes long, it’s a great length and it practices nurture and support.
