The Bay of Plenty welcomes its first dedicated Vegan festival to Mount Maunganui to showcase the benefits of plant-based lifestyle to vegans and non-vegans alike.

Vegan Vibes brings together a variety of New Zealand’s best vegan street food, fashion, health and beauty products to purchase, alongside workshops to encourage education around plant-based living.

The one-day outdoor festival will provide for the whole family with everything from bouncy castles to licensed bars – which will in fact have vegan beer brewed especially for the event.

The festival is proudly introducing special guest Kristin Lajeunesse, a well-known international food blogger. Kristin is coming to New Zealand for the first time specifically to speak at Vegan Vibes about her lifestyle.

Vegan Vibes is taking place on September 24th at the Soper Reserve on Newton Street and tickets are only $6 (or free for children under 14).
